1. INTRODUCTION
This Shipping Policy applies to all products purchased from royaldtf.com. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by this policy.

2. SHIPPING METHODS AND RATES
We offer various shipping methods including standard, expedited, and express. Rates are calculated based on the shipping method, weight, dimensions, and destination of your order and will be displayed at checkout. Additional charges may apply for remote areas or oversized items.

3. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing times may be longer during peak periods.

4. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Delivery times are calculated from the shipment date, not the order date. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or weather conditions.

5. TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Orders shipped outside of Estonia may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. The customer is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

7. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or unpaid customs fees, we will contact you. Additional shipping charges may be deducted from any applicable refund.

8. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@royaldtf.com. Photos of damaged items or packaging may be required to process a claim.
