Effective Date September 28, 2026

  1. Production time

Every order is custom-printed. Production takes 24-48 hours after artwork approval, before your order ships.

  1. Carrier and delivery estimates

We ship orders abroad via DHL Express, fully tracked. Within North Macedonia, orders are delivered by In Posta and usually arrive in one business day, or can be picked up locally. Typical transit time after dispatch: EU 1-2 business days, UK 1-2 days, USA 2-3 days, Canada 2-3 days, rest of world 3-4 days. These are estimates based on DHL's own service times, not guaranteed arrival dates - production time and transit time are separate.

  1. Customs and import duties (DDP)

EU orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): we pay the import duties and taxes, so you should not face a separate customs charge on delivery. Orders outside the EU ship Delivered At Place (DAP): the customer is responsible for paying any import duties/customs on delivery.

  1. Tracking

Once your order ships, you receive a DHL tracking number by email so you can follow it to your door.
